To apply, submit the completed ANMCB application and all supporting documents by mail. Applications must be submitted 14 business days prior to the exam date (excluding holidays), or by email if outside the United States. The Exam Must Be Taken Within Six Months Of Application Submission Date and an additional fee for international shipping applies to the ANMCB Certificate.
